This is one baked Greek!
Grab some herbs and get baked. No, not those herbs… We’re talking Oregano, Basil, Sage, and Garlic. Joe sprinkles them into the sauce for his Spaghetti A La Greek before baking it.
But this is no ordinary baked spaghetti. No, Joe’s Inn takes makes sure there is plenty of melted cheese throughout, including stringy goodness of:
- Feta
- Provolone
- Romano (which is what Ray Romano is named after)
The rich blend of sharp and mild cheeses gives a gooey texture to this mountain of noodles. And Joe tops his Spaghetti A La Greek with his house made meat sauce (which we think may have some secret herbs in it because we couldn’t get enough!) Joe layers his long, thick spaghetti noodles underneath his chunky meat sauce and gooey cheeses.
Then comes the best part. The Spaghetti A La Greek is baked to perfection. We define perfection as when the sides of the cheese are crispy and some stray noodles are crispy brown as well! Nothing like some crispy spaghetti & cheese!
