OH MY GOODNESS! Let’s start at the best part of this pizza: The Crust!
The entire pizza is huge, and the only distinction between the pizza and the crust is the 1/2″ perimeter of no toppings. In other words, the entire foundation of this pizza is amazing. It’s thick, crispy, airy. It’s fluffy but with the stiff consistency of a dried up sponge. It’s golden, not brown, not tan, not white, GOLDEN! Growing up I was the kid who would tear the crust off my sandwich or pizza and throw it away. This pizza has changed me!
Whew! Okay, once you make it through the crust, just pull out your fork and knife. You won’t want to eat this with your hands because it’ll fall all over you. It’s smothered with meat!
