MMMMM…. Oh, excuse me while I wipe the cilantro-lime mayo off my face. I’ve lost my manners.
That’s because this Char-grilled Chicken Sandwich is delicious! Let’s start out with locally farmed chicken, then gently char-grill it. Lock in its natural moisture for a juicy sandwich.
Let’s slap some rich provolone cheese on top, but remind it not to steal the show. Then get some greens in there by adding romaine lettuce that you picked up from the local farmer just yesterday. And yes, please add the house made cilantro-lime mayo on top. I know you slaved making that mayo early this morning!
Sandwich all that healthy goodness between two slices of honey wheat bread and I dare anyone to call foul on this bird!
By far the best grilled chicken sandwich we’ve tried, and it comes with a selection of sides (which tend to be large enough for leftovers).
You can feel relatively guilt-free about this meal, until you see a live chicken cross the road. But don’t worry, he’ll taste good tomorrow!
